Acrobat Reader highLight for Window application

hi, dear supervisor,
I am wondering if it is possible to highlight a few key words in Acrobat Reader when I open a PDF by calling ShellExecute from a window application written in VC.
I know the xml parameter file works well in a URL, but I need a way to do the same thing in a window application.
Any answer will be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

If you've already fully investigated creating an xml file to highlight from a server as outlined in our Developer Knowledgebase, then I would recommend posting this question to our Acrobat Developer SDK forum at:
