Acrobat Standard - v8 - license - loading issue

Hi,
One of my clients is havin an issue loading Acrobat Standard v8 license. Here is the issue, can anyone assist?

"As I loaded Adobe Acrobat Standard Version 8, the instructions ask to load a Vista .dll file from the Vista CD rom. When you try to open the CD drive, the system will not allow it. It refuses to open because Adobe has programs open and has taken the drive hostage."

If you check the Microsoft Windows Vista list of compatible applications for Vista, you will not find Adobe Acrobat 8.0 on that list. They are working on a fix which is not available yet. I suggest installing your version 8.0 in a Windows XP operating system until we get word from Microsoft or Adobe that Acrobat 8.0 is compatible with Vista.
