can't find serial number

The serial number for a single-user, shrink-wrapped Adobe product is located on the back cover of the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM jewel case, or on a sticker on the CD/DVD sleeve.

Hello, I purchased 9.0 Pro Ext online, got my serial number and downloaded/installed with no hassles back in January. My HD crashed last week and I am reinstalling my software...I don't have the serial #.

However, I did download it to my laptop as well, so, can I retrieve the serial # from it so I can reinstall it on my desktop?

The serial number for a single-user Adobe branded product purchased and downloaded from the Adobe Store is located in your order confirmation e-mail and in your [url=https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nf=1]Adobe account[/url].

In your Adobe account, click the View Order History link and then the Your Downloads link. The serial number is located on the Download screen next to the download link.

Are you able to access your serial number from your Adobe Account?

Thanks, but I did not purchase it from Adobe directly but through another online source...so, it is not online with Adobe. How can I pull it from the software itself? :)
