Can't Uninstall Acrobat Pro 9. It's Not on Uninstall or Change Program

Is this from a CS4 trial or just standalone Acrobat 9 Pro Extended trial?

I believe it is standalone Acrobat 9 Pro Extended trial.

Are you using admin credentials to uninstall?

Yes, I login as administrator and I couldn't find the Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 Extended "uninstall" file there. I couldn't find "uninstall" file in my Program Files Adobe Acrobat 9 folder and I couldn't find the Acrobat 9 Pro Extended listed on "Uninstall or change program" too. That is weird.

Is this 9.2 or later?

Any idea how to uninstall my trial Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended from my laptop?

Try downloading Microsoft Clean Up Utility and install it:

Once installed, pull down the menu Start and Programs , and click on Windows Install Clean Up to launch it. Select Adobe Acrobat (be careful not to select anything else ) from the list, click on Remove then click on Exit and restart your computer.

I installed the Microsoft Windows Clean Up and remove the trial Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended from my laptop but I still can see the residual Adobe Acrobat in my laptop. For example, I still can see the Adobe acrobat icon on my Microsoft Outlook there. I still manage to open a pdf file and reading for 30 sec a window pop up asking me to register with a new serial number. It is just means that the trial Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended has not been completely erased from my computer. Why?
Can I get in the "Regedit" to delete all my Arobat 9 folder there? I plan to completely erase it and re-install a better version. Please help me.

Did you ever have any earlier versions of Acrobat on your system?

No other version being installed. I upgrade my laptop from Windows XP to Windows 7 Ultimate with format my whole hard drive before I install the Windows 7. On top of that, in the Microsoft Windows Clean Up, there is only Adobe Acrobat 9 is showing on the list, no other version of Acrobat on the system.

I am having the same exact problem. I've uninstalled it but everytime I open a pdf it doesn't open the reader it opens Pro and prompts for a license key. This is very frustrating and suprising from an Adobe product

What if Acrobat does not show up in the Windows install cleanup utility selection list?

there are settings in acrobat pro that let you choose which application you want to open pdf files with - you should choose a reader and not acrobat for this. it's annoying though how residual files are still left after you have "uninstalled"
