I had my computer just system restored. My os is win7 32 bit. After restore, acrobat became no longer in use. It keeps asking me serial number, but simple it does not work throught it told me. I got a reply just remove register information and put the serial number.

So could anyone tell me how to remove register information?

Do you have Creative Suite installed on your system as well? Or just Acrobat 9?
