Installshield Tuner 7.0 product removal

How do I customize Installshield Tuner 7.0 to remove all the previous versions of Adobe Acrobat prior to installing Acrobat 7? In the installation options i have checked to remove previous verions but during the deployment it doesn't remove the older versions 5.0 or even 7.0 if there is any that is installed. Thanks.
