Licensing site, numbers for 9?

I can't find numbers for 9. 6,7,8 ok so this may be the right place.

General observation, this is the most unfriendly site I have ever come across. The contact email is on a PDF that as it happens I am unable to download.

"Acrobat could not open Contactus.pdf because it is not a supported file type"

What would be the problem with a direct link to an email address?

But main question, on the site where are the 9 numbers?
