uninstalling acrobat pro 8.1 trial

what do I need to do to uninstall acrobat pro 8.1 trial and remove all remnants wherever they may be, i.e. hidden folders, registry entries, etc. A complete clean uninstall. There seems to be all kinds of complaints and problems in these threads and others I've read and I needed a routine provided by Adobe to remove CS3 beta from my machine when simply uninstalling it wouldn't do the trick. Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
