Acrobat Highlight Command line

The Adobe Open Params http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/acrobat/PDFOpenParameters.pdf states that I can pass a command line arguement to highlight a specified rectangle but I cannot get it to work.

I have tried all sorts of different combinations but the best that I came up with is...

-Acrobat path- /A "page=1&highlight=10,10,0,20"-PDF path-

Shouldn't that create a 20x20 square in the top left corner of the document? Based on this:highlight=lt,rt,top, btm -from the pdf-. What does lt and rt mean? left top and right top?

I am very confused and wonder if anyone has code with this done or can tell me what I'm doing wrong please.
