Acrobat is not able to create a usable responses file from the returne

I have document that I need to add multiple digital signatures. I need to have one person sign the document first then send it back
to me so that I can send it to the 2nd recipient.

I tried to Distribute the form to the 1st recipient but then when I receive it back, Adobe thinks the form is complete and won't all
ow me to add an additional signature. So, I tried to email the document to the 1st recipient, have them add their signature, email
it back to me, then I added another signature field and tried to DISTRIBUTE the form to the 2nd Recipient. I am getting the followi
ng error at that point: "Acrobat is not able to create a usable responses file from the returned form because the form restricts nee
ded operations" and then the form distribution is aborted. Can you please tell me how I can add multiple signatures that need to go
to multiple recipients one at time?

I can attach it and email it to the first recipient which is a co-worker and have them sign it and email it back to me...that part works fine.

The problem is in the next step. Once I receive it from the first recipient, I need to be able to distribute it as a FORM to the 2n
d recipient which is our client. I need the client to "Sign" the form and return it back to me. The reason I need it to be a Form
and not a regular email with an attachment is because I need to be able to track the form. These are very important agreements that
we are having our client's sign and the whole reason we want to use Adobe is because it has the "Tracker" function.

When I attempt to distibute it as a Form to the 2nd recipient is when I get the error message saying that a "response file cannot be
created because the form restricts needed operations" and then the form distribution is aborted.

Please let me know how I can fix this matter.

I am having the identical problem with a Revision Order form that requires multiple digital signatures. I am also using Acrobat Pro 9.2. Is there a work around that will help us get past this problem? I have everyone here convinced that Adobe Acrobat Pro is the best Collaboration Tool we could use. I am convinced that it still is. Please help!

Have you tried multiple signature fields and being careful not to lock the following signature fields after the one that is signed?
