I have a form in Adobe 8 . The form has a name field and and email to button. I would like to take the value from the name field and put it into the subject line of the email. Any suggestions?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

Hi atc12345,

Here is a thread that discusses the JavaScript code for doing this. The only caveat is I think you must have Acrobat Pro in order to edit the scripts.

Hope this helps,

The code in the link referenced above worked for me with some minor alterations. My simple Acro form has three text fields with a button. Data typed into the fields is captured as an address, subject, and into the body of an e-mail. I am using Acrobat 8.
