adobe form text fields

I created a two page pdf form and added it to a website. When data is entered in the text fields on the first page of the form that data is for some reason populated on the text fields on the second page. I did have some fields identified as the same but corrected them and then tested the form out before adding it back to the web and it works fine. But once the form is back on the website the same problem exists. Any suggestions? FYI, I'm using Acrobat 8 Professional and my browser is IE 8.

Do those fields have the same name? If so, change the name of one of them.
Also, make sure you're actually loading the new file and not just the cache of your browser.

Thanks for the reply. I renamed the text fields and it's working correctly now.
