Auto Fill

I have about a 25 page PDF document that I am putting together. A lot of the form asks for the same information (Name, company name etc).

How can I set it up so that a client can fill out all the information on the first page and then have it auto populate or auto fill the remaining 25 pages?

Thanks in advance for all the help,

KUrt

If using Acrobat Forms, just name the fields with the same information and format with the same name. If using LiveCycle Designer, use global fields.

Mm, what if the forms are created by someone else, they are actual documents from the IRS that I want to autopopulate to make it easier for a client when they are filling it out.

Thanks for all your help

You will lose the ability for users with Reader to save the IRS Forms, as these forms have extended reader rights applied to them, and saving the forms after a modification removes these rights.
