I am pretty new to Acrobat. I created an order form. What I want to do is this. When a sales rep starts to type in the company name the address and phone automatically populate. Is this possible? If so, please let me know how. THANKS!

Yes, it's possible to automatically populate fields based on the value entered into a field, but the value would have to first get committed. For an example, Thom Parker wrote a nice article that shows how to do this with a combo box:

To get a text field to auto-complete as the user types, the user would have to enable the auto-complete user preference. For example, in Acrobat 7 this is controlled by "Edit > Preferences > Forms > Auto-complete > Basic | Advanced"George
