Automatically download and organize responses doesn't display

In Acrobat 9, under Windows XP SP3, I'm trying to distribute a form using Acrobat.com. When I select Forms > Distribute Forms, the option to "Automatically download and organize responses with Acrobat.com" doesn't display in the dropdown list.

Am I missing something in my setup, or in my form, that would restrict that setting from displaying?

Suggestions? Thanks!

Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

Follow up question:

Just confirming, I can host a PDF file on my server, make it available to everyone on the web, and have acrobat.com download and organize responses, is that correct?

Here's the scenario:

1. I have a PDF form I want to publish on my server
2. I want Acrobat.com to manage the responses to the form
3. The form is available to the public; email messages are not sent to individual people.

Any suggestions on why the drop down menu in Acrobat 9 doesn't include the option to "Automatically download and organize responses with Acrobat.com"?

Anyone?

I've posted this question here and on the Adobe forums, and still don't have any advice/suggestions on why Acrobat.com is not displaying in the dropdown menu. Without it displaying, we can't publish this form. Help.

You need to host your file on Acrobat.com (not your own internal server) in order for Acrobat.com to be able to automatically download and your organize responses.

Thanks. For the college I work at, we have a number of PDF forms that are currently printed out, and people fill the forms in by hand. We are in the process of modifying the forms so they can be filled out online, and submitted online. These are not forms that have any privacy/security issues.

What do you recommend for managing responses from a PDF form if I want to:

1. host the form on my server
2. make it publicly available (in other words, there are no email addresses to send the form to)
