Is there anyway to backup user created Batch Sequences in Acrobat 7 Professional?

Batch sequences are saved to a text file with an extension of sequ. In addition to the standard sequences that ship with Acrobat, user-specific sequences are stored in the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\8.0\Sequences
