To keep the same box size of the text box I hold the 'shift' key and then drag the copy to the next part I want to create the new text box area. the problem is that the same 'text box' number is copied too. This is bad as it will duplicate the information. Is there a way to automatic have it sequenced after I copy it. Thanks for any help.

For example text1

Is there away to batch change it to
text1
text2
text3
text4

Is the "Place Multiple Fields..." (right click on a PC/control click on a Mac) command not working for what you need?
