Hi !

with Designer, it is possible to create a date field with a calendar in order to let the user select the date.

Is it possible to do the same thing creating a form with Acrobat 8 ?

Yes, such an animal has been around for a while. However, it's a custom JavaScript and form solution, not something that Acrobat provides. You can find it by doing some searching on the Acrobat User to User Forums
