Can't Export Form Data

I have a data base created from returned forms and when I try to export to csv, this is the error I get: "Failed to open the data item: . Detailed error: Expected a dict object." Does anyone have any suggestions? Gerry

I'm an online educator employed by the Calgary Board of Education.

Is the data in PDF form fields?

Export data only supports data from PDF form fields, no other content.

Yes, it is in PDF form fields.
