Hi, Acrobat 9
I have an existing form completed.
Now have decided to add color to the document background.

I have the document loaded into Livecycle designer but can't find anywhere to change the document background color.
I read and looked but no joy.

When i try to do it in Acrobat (I found where in Acrobat) it says I don't have permission, but I'm using a 'save as copy' copy.
which should have removed restrictions.

Please help.

Hi Godfather,

In LiveCycle Designer, select the main subform, right click on it and choose Pallettes-Border. There is a choice for Background fill with lots of different styles and a color picker.

It is almost always problematic to try editing a LiveCycle Designer PDF in Acrobat or an Acrobat PDF in LiveCycle Designer- they are two completely separate programs. If you start in one then you should do all editing in the same program- it will save you a lot of frustration.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri
