I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard 8.0, I am working in a form that was created by another person and I would like to change the font size for the text I am entering? How can this be done?

You can select the TouchUp Text Tool, and then press the Ctrl/Option key and click on the page. The New Font Dialog box opens where you can choose a type font. After typing text you can add formating options by opening a context menu and selecting Properties.

You could also try the typewriter tool and use the Text Smaller or Text Larger Tool.
