Is there a way, when first making my form in Word, to indicate that I want a check box there once I convert it to the PDF form rather than afterwards having to go through and manually put each individual check box there?

If you want there should be an "auto field detect", but you will need to make the check boxes big enough for detection. But this feature makes a lot of assumptions about the fields, and I just find making fields manually is just faster and easier.

Thank you for your help. I was hoping there was a better way, but if you think that inserting manually is the fastest way, then I will keep at it...I just have about 100 Yes/No check boxes to do in a row!! It gets tedious placing each one to line up perfectly.
