Checkboxs and FFR

When I run FFR on different forms, it fails to pickup check box spaces every time. Even when the form document has boxes already in place. How do I get FFR to find and create check boxes?

I don't know for sure as I've never used that, but I seem to recall that if you make the check boxes larger, it makes it easier to recognize them.
