copy and use form

An agency has an application form on their site, I would like to copy this form and fill it out and return it to them on line. how do i do this?

If the form is a PDF without form fields, you can download the form, run a form field recognition, fill in the fields created, and send it back as an email file attachment.

If it is a fillable PDF form, go to the site and right click. Then use the Save As option.

If its not a PDF, open Acrobat, click Creae PDF From Web Page, enter the forms URL page, make sure the Get only 1 level is selected, then click the Create button. After the form is converted to PDF use the Typewriter tool to fill in the form and send it via Email.
