Is it possible to copy the form fields from an existing PDF form into a newly created form using Acrobat Pro 7.0?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0, Windows

Accepted Answer
Use the Replace Pages command. It will replace the current pages with the new ones, but will keep the form fields in their place.

It should work the same. Try right-clicking the pages in the Pages pane.
