Creating a form to send to clients that can be easily completed?

Hello All,

I work as a mortgage loan processor and when we have a potential borrower we require them to fill out a pre - qualification form. The form we have been sending out does not allow our clients to fill in the blanks and send it back. The borrowers normally have to print this form out, fill it in by hand, and scan and email or fax it back to us.

My question: Is there a way for us to make a form with acrobat 9 that we could simply email to a client. They could easily type in the fields and complete this form with little computer knowledge and send back to us. Most of our borrowers are not very computer literate and do not have acrobat 9. What are my options if any?

Thank you,
Jonathan Miller

Create the form using Acrobat, enable it for Reader extensions, then deliver.
Users will be able to simply fill it and send back.
