Creating similar forms

Hi,

My task is to create 15 similar forms. However the text in each form changes, but the scores, totals, other buttons are same for each form. I already created one form. How to create other 14 forms quickly without starting from scratch. One more thing: since all these 15 forms will be in a portfolio, do I need to have different names for scores, totals, buttons eventhough they are same?

I appreciate your help

thanks
Le

You can replace the page contents without affecting any existing form fields, links, code, etc. To do so, select: Document > Replace Pagesto replace the old page contents with the pages from a new one that you create.

If the forms are in separate documents, the field names can be the same in each.

Thanks George. Let me be more specific. I have a form with different scores text boxes. Based on the question asked, user populates the the score and totals are placed at the bottom. There are reset, submit and other buttons. I just want to change questions for other 14 forms without chaning the score, reset, submit and other buttons. The questions are hardcoded. They are not in a text box. So is there any way to copy the whole form and just change the questions for each file. I want to make the box that contains the question an editable box, so that I can just replace questions and create 14 forms.

Place a (non-transparent) text box on top of the hard-coded text, so you could replace its value with ease.
