Hi there, I am using Acrobat for audit workpapers. I would like to create a custom stamp for finding #s. Each number would then count up automatically or start from where I want it to. Any ideas? I'm sure it's a JS thing, but can't wrap my head around it.

Thanks!

I've actually done quite a bit of work on this one. Try searching the forums for "Exhibit Stamp". Self incrementing stamps have come up several times.

You'll find an article by Rick Borstein on this very topic here:

He used to have a couple of free stamp samples, but it looks like they've been taken down.

I've got several articles and code samples on creating stamps, including a self incrementing stamp here:Dynamic Stamps And Sample stamps here
