I use Top Form bankruptcy forms 8.05. My Acrobat 8 standard pdf distiller has a problem in the conversion of the forms to be electronically filed with the court. Check boxes are not checked and ALL available boxes are blackened. Top Form has had one other person call with the same problem; however, they cannot recreate it in their lab. Any insight into this?

Not sure where the problem is. Have you tried to save the form to the Adobe PDF Printer as well as printing PostScript and then distilling the file? Try each option and let us know if the problem persists.
