distributed form is not letting new responses in

I have a form that I distributed and have been receiving responses to for weeks now. All of a sudden, my responses are not filtering into the form. My tracker says that there is new responses but they do not show up. If you click on update, it says "no new responses found". If you click add forms, there is no forms that pull up in the dialog box to add. What is going on? Why wont my new responses show up? I really need to beable to get these responses. Please help.

I also created a new distributed form and this form does not update the responses either. It too says I have responses in the tracker, but does not load them in to my responses. This is possess as a big issue since I receive a lot of responses a day for workflow.
