OK so I have this fill in form that I was using at the public library that has adobe reader 8. I was using the Comment feature to add my text. But I could not print at the library, so I went home and down loaded the free Adobe Reader 8 but found that I am unable to access the Comment feature. It is restricted somewhat. Annoying. Does anyone knows how to help me use the Comment or Text Box feautre in Adobe reader 8. I have been checking many websites and I understand that Adobe reader 8 should have allowed me to do so.

Well since no one on this stupid forum knows the answer I researched the issue myself. It turns out that adobe reader is no different from the other crappy adobe readers before. In order for me to be able to use the comment feature I had to go back to the library and then select enable comment for adobe reader. The library uses Adobe pro 7. Goodbye.
