Duplicating PDF Forms

I just finished creating a pdf file that has lots of calculations in it. I was wondering if it is possible to duplicate all the fields and lay them in a brand new pdf document with the calculations? Even though the information is different the pdf fields are the same from file to file.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

The easiest way is to replace the old pages with new ones: Document > Replace PagesAny fields, code, bookmarks, links, etc. will be retained, only the underlying page contents will be changed.
