Editing the design of a form

I am working on creating a form in Acrobat 8 Pro. The original design was done in InDesign. I want to make changes to the design without having to start over creating my form fields. Is there a way to copy/paste form fields to a new PDF document, or to replace the content of the pages without affecting the form fields? Thank you!!!

You can use the Replace pages features in Acrobat to change the underlying pages. This doesn't affect the form fields.
