Editing PDF fields with Reader after save

I've created a form with Acrobat 9 Pro with reader extensions. Users with Reader 10 can open, enter info and submit the form to a mail box. If the form is saved with Reader after adding info the user can no longer edit the form.

Is there any way to allow users with reader 10 to apply additional edits to a form that was changed and saved? I'm hoping to allow them to save a partially completed order form and simply edit only the fields that need to be edited like quantity, item no and item description.

Thanks,
acrojack

That's the way it's supposed to work, but sometimes it doesn't and it can be difficult to determine the particular cause. Have you tested your form with different versions of Reader 10? There have been a number of bug fixes since it's been released.

Yes, updating to Reader 10.1.1 should solve this issue…

If you are going to use PHP, then you will need to use the SDK and write a plugin and install that plugin on eache user's system. Otherwise you use the GUI or Acrobat JavaScript.G
