I have created an interactive pdf file that has check boxes and information boxes to fill in. I want distribute the form to me sales staff. Once they have completed the form, I need them to send it back to me. How do I set up the pdf file so they can click on my e-mail address on the form and A) The form will automatically attach to the email B) the email will automatically open there e-mail program with my email address in their 'To:" area.
