I have created forms in Adobe 9 Pro. If I email this form to someone who only has the reader software, they can only print the form but not save it for later to finish completing. Is there anyway to make it possible for them to save a partially completed form to complete later????

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

Hi Dawn W,

Yes. Open the form in Acrobat 9 Pro, go to the Advanced menu and select Extend Features in Adobe Reader. Read the dialogs that pop up for an exlanation of the features you are enabling for Adobe Reader users, one of which is saving the form with data. This should be the last step you do- if you edit the form later the rights will need to be applied again.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri

How can I extend features in adobe reader for all pdfs in a portfolio? I am only able to extend those features on pdf at a time.
