I’m using Acrobat Professional 8.0 and I'm going positively bananas. I can’t figure out how to export data from a Acrobat database into a .csv format. I pushed out a form via email and created a database as prompted to serve as the repository for data returned to me by email. There used to be a button that said Export Data at the top of the data file but now its gone! Can anyone help me, pleeeeeease!

Let's try this to help you keep your sanity.

Copy all the forms you want to aggregate to a common folder. From the Forms menu in Acrobat Pro 8.1 choose Manage Form Data > Merge Data Files Into Spreadsheet. A dialog box opens prompting you to add files. Click the Add button and choose the files you want to use. Click the Export buttom and save your form data as a .csv file.—ted
