Fields show values before data is entered

Hello,
 
Below is the text of my previous question and an answer. In response to the answer I did put a reset button on the document and that doesn't solve the problem, plus I did not save it with data. I'm wondering what other solutions are possible.

I've created a form with lots of calculations. When I open the form there are numbers in the fields before I enter any data. How can I make the default setting so that fields are blank and a number only shows up after a value is entered?

A:Your form may have been saved with data in the fields. Create a Reset Form button and clear the data. Save the form and the default should now be set to show fields without data.
