Form to authorize credit card

Hi, i need help in setting up a form where a user enters his credit card number and place order. On this, the form contacts authorize.net for credit card processing. When the order confirmation is received from authorize.net, the form send multiple emails to user himself and to me (excluding the credit card info. Can this be done AND is it secure. Thanx.
