form calculation problem

i have a form with some fields and all calculations are working correct.

problem is this.
when i enter data into the fields, the output goes to 'total a' box, then i enter next boxes and they go to 'total b', but all the total boxes should go to 'final total', and i have to tab thru some other boxes to make sure it updates.

basically, i have 4 lines of entry, each getting a total, then a 'final total' that gets input from the 4 other totals. it does work, but you must tab thru it all. sometimes i may only want to fill out 2 lines.

i can upload the file if someone needs to see it.

so, any ideas why the total boxes behave erratically rather than logically?

thanks everyone.

Yes. This question is best answered by seeing your form. First check the Field Calculation Order for your form and if reoragnizing the calculations to the proper order doesn't work, send the form to me.
