Form Data

I have a long survey (form) that uses radio buttons as a Likert scale and then has a comments field next to each Likert scale. When I import the data from this forn into a spreadsheet the data seems to be somewhat random i.e. it does not follow the order of items as they appear in the Hierarchy. I checked to make sure all the names of the data and data matched (and they do), but it would be much easier to evaluate if it followed the Hierarchy order.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked the tab order of the fields on your form?
