I have a combo box that contains the following categories:
Entertainment
Meals
Mileage
Phone
Lodging
 
When a user selects mileage I want a text box to appear so the user may enter the miles driven. When a user selects any other option I want nothing to happen (miles driven box will remain hidden.) I am not finding any examples of this using a text box. I only see this for radio, check, and radio check boxes. Is there a way to do this? If so what is the code example.
