I have created a form and have distributed it manually. I have it set manually because people will be using it frequently to send data to a different department.

I have 2 or 3 people that need to see the responses.

My question is this. Is there a way to distribute a form from one computer and have the tracker info show up on a few others? Now I know I can access the response file once it is updated and saved from the other PCs. Basically I want the response file to update itself without having the original Distributer going in updating and saving it.

Any insight would be great

Unfortunately, the ability to track data within a form is limited to the user that distributed the form initially. The data is tracked and managed within their specific application data, which is why others cannot see the Tracker information.
