Form for web?

Here's my problem:
Created beautiful flyer using InDesign (mac). Turned into pdf. Created form so that our properties (all on pc) can fill in their resort name and address, and print the flyer.

A majority of our properties are unable to view this fillable pdf...I'm guessing it's because they do not have the latest version of Acrobat Reader (?) Our company prohibits downloading of software of any kind, so this is a huge problem. Is there any way to post this form online so that our property managers don't need Reader? Can they fill out the "flyer" and still print it if online? What would quality be like?

Thank you!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Macintosh

Since the document is in PDF format, your users will need some sort of PDF viewer in order to work with it. The most common PDF viewer is Adobe Reader. Is there anyway you can get Reader approved to be installed on their machines?

Nope. Sadly that's not an option. Do you know anything about posting it online?

Check out these couple options:
http://flexpaper.devaldi.com/
http://lvolume.net/

or Google the following:

Hope this helps...

Good stuff and thank you very much!
However, it doesn't look like converting to swf maintains the fillable form capabilities in my pdf. I need folks to fill out the name and address portion of my pdf and then be able to print it.
