I use online forms and when a visitor to my website completes a form and emails it to me, the data I receive is in an .xml attachment. I'd like the attachment to be the completed form in .pdf formatting.

You will have to change your defautl submit button to a regular button and add the JavaScript to email the form. Realize this can cause perfromance issues because you are sending so much more data.
