We have created our employee evaluation form in PDF and it involves calculating the scores. There is a malfunction with one of the field. It needs to be default to the number Ø as the other field to automatically calculate. How do I go in to reset it? Thanks.

All fields have a default value. In AcroForms this is accessed from the Options tab on the Properties panel and in LiveCycle it's set in the Object/Value tab.
