Once an online PDF form is filled in - how can I have the submitted information arrive populated into a form that looks like the online form?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.0999999999999996447286321199499070644378662109375, Windows

You set this up in your Form button properties:

Under "submit form" choose "PDF: the complete document" which will return a filled-in form.

Hope this helps...

Acrobat is probably the program I use most often and I'm learning more every day.

If I understand this question correctly, you want a user to populate a form and have the form data routed to another form? is this correct? If so you'll need a server product for the data routing or you'll need to do some serious scripting.

If neither of those solutions work for you, you could have just the data sent back to you and use the Forms > Manage Form Data > Import Data menu command to import the XML data into a second form. This would require having identical field names for the form fields in both forms. If you just want the original populated form to arrive to you, you need to enable the file with Adobe Reader usage rights and choose to send the entire PDF back to you.
