Help with filling in forms & Adobe Reader users...

Answered

I created a form for a client in Acrobat 7 and I have Acrobat 9 at home. I'm sort of an Basic to Intermediate user since version 5. My client wants to know if there's a way for a user with Adobe Reader can e-mail and save the form. I know that the end user would need to have Acrobat Standard or Pro in order the e-mail and save the form, but we were just wondering if there's a way around that. A little "bug" was put on the table that there are ways to get around that and I'm just wondering. Thanks.

Acrobat Standard 7.0, Windows

With Acrobat 9 standard you should be able apply "Extended Reader Rights" which will allow users to save the filled in form. There is a limit of 500 distributed copies when using Acrobat. if you need to provide more copies, then you need to use a LiveCycle ES server.
