How to Change Default Characteristics for Form Wizard

I’ve read where I can change characteristics like font, align, etc for a text field then right click on the field, select ‘use current properties as new defaults’ and that works fine for manually adding new fields. But how can I change some of the characteristics that the Form Wizard uses when I import a Word document? By default it used Helvetica, center, scroll long text; I want to use Arial, left and no scroll by default.
