How do I adjust the order of a number of fields stacked on top of each other.
I have:
- a read only empty text box with white background (this is being used as a cover for an obsolete
label)
- a read only text box with black border (this forms the box to be checked on hard copies)
- a check box used to place the check mark if used online.
My problem is the later objects are falling behing the text box used as a cover item. Most editors have an option to change the order of an object and offer commands like "Move Forward", "Move Back", etc.
I have not been able find that functionality in Adobe 9. Can someone tell me how to change the order (not the tab order)
Then in Acrobat, just use one form field that will work whether the person filling the form is using paper or is online. Use the Check Box tool and set the border color to black with the line thickness you want.
